     On page 27, line 2, after "ecology" strike "pursuant to RCW 43.200.080 and shall not include any other fees, assessments, or charges imposed on or collected by such entity." and insert "as specifically referred to as rent in the sublease agreement between the parties and shall not include any other fees, assessments, or charges imposed on or collected by such entity irrespective of whether the private or public entity pays or collects such other fees, assessments, or charges as specified in the sublease agreement."

EFFECT:  Revises the leasehold tax basis.  There is erroneous reference to a subsection which was not included in the bill which is eliminated.  Instead, the basis is keyed to the state-operator site sublease.
