     On page 15, after line 26, insert the following:

     "(3) If specific funding for the purposes of section 7 of this act, referencing section 7 of this act by bill and section number, is not provided by June 30, 1992, in the omnibus appropriations act, section 7 of this act shall be null and void."

EFFECT:  The provision expanding the definition of "family or household" members to persons 16 years of age or older who have or have had a dating relationship and to persons who have a biological parent-child relationship is null and void unless funding is provided in the budget.
