     On page 4, line 22, after "years." insert "The funds referred to in this section do not include interest earned and the interest shall continue to be collected and disbursed as provided in RCW 67.16.101 and 67.16.102.  The funds referred to in this section shall be distributed at the end of the calendar year."

     (3) ((Four percent of the daily gross receipts if the daily gross receipts are four hundred thousand one dollars or more)) In addition, one-fifth of one percent of the total satellite gross receipts shall be forwarded to the commission for payment to those nonprofit race meets as set forth in RCW 67.16.130 and said percentage shall not be charged against the licensee:  PROVIDED, That the total of such payments shall not exceed more than one hundred fifty thousand dollars in any one year and any excess over the one hundred fifty thousand dollars shall be remitted to the general fund:  PROVIDED FURTHER, That such payments shall be distributed on a pro rata per race day basis and used only for purses at race tracks that have been operating under RCW 67.16.130 for the past five years."
