     On page 4 of the amendment, line 9, after "subsection," strike all material down through line 13 and insert "funding in each school year for specific learning disabled and other handicapped students served in a project shall be based on the average percentage of the kindergarten through twelfth grade enrollment in the particular handicapped category during the prior three years."
