    On page 3, after line 2, insert the following:

    "(8) Any person, including another employee of an employer, who is injured by actions of an employee who is impaired as a result of consuming lawful products, shall have a right of action against the impaired employee for both economic and noneconomic harm suffered by the injured person."

    On page 3, after line 2, insert the following:

    (8) For the purposes of this section, "off the premises" means any location which the employer has not purchased, leased, or rented, and where equipment and materials provided at the expense of the employer are not present."
