    On page 2, line 2, after "restricted" strike "by other means as to the hours of operation" and insert "as to the hours of the day or day or days of the week"

EFFECT:Expands the scope of the bill by replacing "hours of operation" with hours of the day or day or days of the week.  Thus protecting good agricultural practices from restrictions as to the hour of the day or the day of the week during which it may be conducted.
