    On page 24, line 26 of the striking amendment by Senators Patterson and Vognild (2553-S.E AAS 3/7/92), after "completion of" strike "an auto passenger vessel or vessels-jumbo class" and insert "auto passenger vessels or jumbo-class vessels"
