    On page 2, following line 14, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3.  Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2 of this act, the occupant of a dwelling will receive the immunity set forth in section 2 of this act only if the circumstances create a situation in which the occupant is in an immediate danger of suffering a life-threatening injury."
