    On page 2, line 7, beginning with "attempted" strike all material through "rules." on line 8 and insert "made a good faith effort to obtain approval for such changes.  If the institution is unable to obtain approval from the accrediting agency, it shall present to the committee an alternative proposal with changes that meet the objectives of the state-wide and institutional plans and has the approval of the accrediting agency."
