    On Page 8, line 8, after "(2)" insert "(a)"

    On Page 8, after line 13, insert the following:

    "(b) When a certified applicator receives an oral request for information on a spray application or a written request not accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope, the applicator must inform the requestor that in order for the requestor to receive the desired information the requestor must provide the applicator with a written request including a self-addressed, stamped envelope."

EFFECT:In instances when oral or written requests are not accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope, the applicator is required to inform the person making the request of the requirement to provide the applicator with a written request including a self-addressed, stamped envelope in order to receive the desired application information.
