    On Page 3, after line 3, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 28A.635 RCW to read as follows:

    (1)  It is unlawful for any person to possess any liquor, as defined under RCW 66.04.010, on public school premises.

    (2)  It is unlawful for any person to consume or be under the influence of any liquor, as defined under RCW 66.04.010, on public school premises.

    (3)  Any person guilty of violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor."
