    "(5) One member representing solid fuel burning device manufacturers recommended by the chair of the house committee on environmental affairs and one member by the chair of the senate committee on environment and natural resources;

    (6) One member representing the environmental community recommended by the chair of the house environmental affairs committee and one member by the chair of the senate committee on environment and natural resources."
