Background:  In 1985, legislation was enacted amending a section of the state's unemployment compensation fund law.  That enactment contained an internal reference to "this 1985 act."  In 1991, that reference to "this 1985 act" was changed to citations to specific codified parts of a 1985 enactment.  Those statutory citations are incorrect.

 

Summary of Bill:  Statutory references are corrected in a section of the unemployment compensation fund law.

 

Fiscal Note:  Not requested.

 

Effective Date:  Ninety days after adjournment of session in which bill is passed.
