Background:  The state government operates on the basis of a fiscal biennium that begins on July 1 of each odd-numbered year, supported by a biennial appropriations act.  Supplemental appropriations may be required to meet additional demands arising after adoption of the original budget act.

 

Summary of Bill:  The 1989-91 second supplemental appropriations act is provided.
