BACKGROUND:

Voter registration files for all precincts are closed against original registration or transfers from other precincts for 30 days immediately preceding every election and primary to be held in such precincts.

SUMMARY:

Voter registration files for all precincts are closed against original registration or transfers from other precincts for 15 days immediately preceding every election and primary to be held in such precincts.  Reference to former temporary enactment is deleted.
