BACKGROUND:

 

Auto repair shops are required to post a form listing specific rights regarding auto repair to which their customers, by law, are entitled.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Language is added to the form which must be posted in auto repair shops regarding a customer's right to be informed of their rights under the law. 

 

The customer rights form is also to be printed at the top of each bill for service submitted to a customer.
