Any person driving a combination of three vehicles must first receive an endorsement under the new commercial driver's license program.

SUMMARY:

A vehicle combination consisting of a vehicle, a travel trailer, and a trailer designed for hauling a boat is authorized.  Specific limitations are placed on the size of all vehicles in the combination.  The overall braking capacity and trailer hitches must be capable of handling the gross weight of all the trailers in tow.
