BACKGROUND:

 

It has been suggested that the voters' pamphlet would be more informative if it indicated which laws were being repealed by an initiative, referendum or constitutional amendment.

 

SUMMARY:

 

The Attorney General's summary of a ballot measure must include a summary of any sections of law to be repealed.
