BACKGROUND:

 

The Law Revision Commission recently implemented a project to determine whether the statutes of the Revised Code of Washington which have been declared unconstitutional by a Washington or United States court have been repealed or corrected.  Pursuant to that review, it is recommended that RCW 19.62 be repealed.

 

SUMMARY:

 

Chapter 19.62 RCW is repealed.
