Brief Description:  Repealing obsolete sections in the Revised Code of Washington.

BACKGROUND:

The Law Revision Commission implemented a project three years ago to review the Revised Code of Washington for double amendments.  Pursuant to that review, it is recommended that RCW 37.16.020 and RCW 37.16.130, which authorize counties to acquire lands for permanent military installations, be repealed.

SUMMARY:

RCW 37.16.020 and RCW 37.16.130 are repealed.
