Eliminating license requirement for Columbian ground squirrel hunting.

     AN ACT Relating to eliminating hunting license requirements; and adding a new section to chapter 77.32 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.32 RCW to read as follows:

     To hunt the species columbianus of the genus Spermophilus of the family Sciuridae of the order Rodentia (Columbian ground squirrel), a license issued by the director is not required.
