     AN ACT Relating to siting fin fish rearing facilities; adding a new section to chapter 90.58 RCW; and adding a new section to chapter 43.21B RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 90.58 RCW to read as follows:

     In the case of fin fish rearing facilities, any appeal of a permit to the shorelines hearings board under this chapter shall be combined with any appeal of state or federal discharge permits to the pollution control hearings board under chapter 90.48 RCW for the same facilities if the appeals on any permits under this section are filed with the pollution control hearings board and shorelines hearings board within the same thirty-day period.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 43.21B RCW to read as follows:
