Providing an earlier effective date for five-member boards of county commissioners.

     AN ACT Relating to counties; creating a new section; and repealing 1990 c 252 s 9.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.      The purpose of this act is to cause the provisions of sections 1 through 8, chapter 252, Laws of 1990, which had a delayed effective date, to take effect upon the effective date of this act.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.      1990 c 252 s 9 is repealed.
