Declaring landlord-tenant duties as being state-wide.

     AN ACT Relating to residential landlord-tenant duties; and adding a new section to chapter 59.18 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 59.18 RCW to read as follows:

     This chapter covers all residential landlord-tenant duties in the state of Washington, and local units of government shall make no laws changing these duties.
