AN ACT Relating to weed control; and adding a new section to chapter 17.10 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 17.10 RCW to read as follows:
All lands owned by the state shall comply with the class A, B, and C weed control provisions of this chapter.
