AN ACT Relating to defining industrial insurance premium rates; and adding new sections to chapter 51.08 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. "Premium" means the sum derived from the application of the rates to the exposures in each business or industry classification, after application of any authorized experience modification, except where department rules provide otherwise.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. "Rate" means the amount of premium for each unit of exposure. All rates are rates per worker hour except where specifically provided otherwise by department rule.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. Sections 1 and 2 of this act are each added to chapter 51.08 RCW.
