     BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the House of Representatives meet the Senate in Joint Session on Monday, January 13, 1992, at 4:45 p.m. in the House chamber, for the purpose of receiving the State of the State message of Governor Booth Gardner.
