     AN ACT Relating to the export of timber from state lands; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.      The department of natural resources shall report annually to the legislature on timber export levels and the enforcement of those levels.
