Relating to the substitution of timber in the export market.

     AN ACT Relating to the enforcement of laws limiting the substitution of timber in the export market; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.      The department of revenue shall prepare an enforcement plan for the 1990 federal timber law that limits the export of timber from state trust lands.
