     AN ACT Relating to applying for employment; and adding a new section to chapter 49.44 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 49.44 RCW to read as follows:

     Any person who is required to sign a document in the course of applying for, establishing eligibility for, or accepting employment and is not allowed to take the document from the premises where such document is signed shall be provided with one free copy of such document at the time the document is signed.
