     AN ACT Relating to funding the capital needs of the department of wildlife.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  This act shall be known as the department of wildlife capital needs act of 1991.
