WHEREAS, Peter N. Fluetsch of Tumwater, Washington has been reappointed to a two-year term as the National Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Sheet Metal Air Conditioning National Association; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fluetsch strives to protect the interests of Washington businesses; and
WHEREAS, Through his hard work and frequent trips to the national capital, Mr. Fluetsch gives Washington businesses a voice in national governmental affairs; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Fluetsch has also dedicated many years to serving Washington businesses through his involvement with his own business, with the Western Washington Chapter of the Sheet Metal Air Conditioning National Association and with the Olympia Master Builders Association; and
WHEREAS, A life-long resident of Washington and currently the Mayor of the City of Tumwater, Mr. Fluetsch has devoted and continues to devote a substantial amount of his time toward improving his community and this state; and
WHEREAS, The Senate desires to take note of those persons who make outstanding contributions to their communities and to the state of Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Washington State Senate hereby recognizes and honors Mr. Peter N. Fluetsch for his reappointment as the National Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Sheet Metal Air Conditioning National Association and for his past and continuing commitment to making his community and this state a better place to live; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Secretary of the Senate immediately transmit copies of this resolution to Mr. Fluetsch.
