HB 1011 - DIGEST

      Declares the purpose of the program to support basic and applied research on the artificial propagation, rearing, and stocking of marine fish species.

      Creates a marine fish enhancement advisory panel to assist in establishing policy direction.

      Creates a marine fish enhancement research fund.

      Provides for the assessment of annual fees on fishing and charter boat licenses to be placed in the fund.

      Terminates the program on June 30, 1996.
