      Requires the provision of paid leave for employees in training or on call as volunteer fire fighters, law enforcement officers, search and rescue team members, or emergency medical technicians.

      Places a limit of ten days on the leave.

      Requires monitoring of the leave program for a report to the 1992 legislature.
