HB 1074 - DIGEST

      Designates exceptions to the requirement to conduct a primary election for judicial offices.

      Repeals provisions of chapters 29.18, 29.21, 29.27, 29.30, 29.33, 29.34, 29.51, and 29.54 RCW.

      Takes effect July 1, 1992.
