HB 1109 - DIGEST

      Directs the task force to identify the current and projected number of children with learning impairments caused by mothers who abused alcohol or drugs during pregnancy and make recommendations for enhancing social service and educational programs for the children.

      Requires a report by December 1, 1991.

      Makes an appropriation of thirty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
