HB 1166 - DIGEST

      Authorizes persons or organizations to apply for funding to establish or operate a community-based child care resource and referral program.

      Requires twenty-five percent of the funding to be community matching funds.

      Makes an appropriation of one million six hundred thousand dollars to the department of social and health services to carry out the purposes of the act.
