      Specifies the applicability of the bulk sales code.

      Defines the obligations of a buyer of bulk sales.

      Provides a schedule of distribution for a seller and buyer to agree on how the net contract price is to be distributed.

      Establishes liability provisions for noncompliance with the act.

      Regulates bulk sales by auction or liquidations.

      Requires an action under the bulk sales code to be commenced within one year after the alleged violation occurs.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 62A.6 RCW.
