      Deletes the expiration date of June 30, 1991.

      Declares that nothing in the act restricts the ability to work in the practice setting of a therapist's choice.

      Directs the board to adopt rules relating to appropriateness of physical therapy care.

      Repeals sections 17 and 18, chapter 297, Laws of 1990.
