      Enacts into law the Interstate Forest Fire Suppression Compact.

      Authorizes the member states to enter into contracts for the assistance of fire suppression units.

      Specifies the procedures and rights of the member states.

      Establishes procedures for the use of inmates in fire suppression activities.

      Provides withdrawal and termination procedures.
