HB 1239 - DIGEST

      Declares it is a gross misdemeanor to knowingly advertise liquor on any television broadcast originating inside the state.

      Provides that the retransmission by an in-state broadcast station of an out-of-state signal is deemed to be an advertisement originating in the state.
