HB 1249 - DIGEST

      Provides a definition of a "nursing pool."

      Requires the department of social and health services to establish reasonable rates of payment to nursing pools who contract, for temporary nursing services, with nursing facilities that are certified under Titles XVIII or XIX of the federal social security act.

      Requires refund of any overcharges.
