      Provides for designation of public lands as wildlife areas where nonconsumptive users of that area must pay a fee.

      Establishes fees for an annual designated wildlife area pass at ten dollars, and a day-use pass at two dollars.

      Provides for a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars for failure to obtain a pass.

      Authorizes the sale of a native species stamp, promotional materials, and nature study aids and directs the appropriate uses for the proceeds.
