      Enhances the authority of the secretary of health in regulating nursing home activities.

      Requires on-site full-time administrators.

      Revises the membership of the state board of nursing home administrators.

      Provides for the removal of board members for unprofessional conduct or impaired practice.

      Enhances the authority of the board.

      Specifies the requirements for issuance of a license to operate as a nursing home administrator.

      Repeals RCW 18.52.060, 18.52.100, 18.52.170, and 18.52.070.
