      Revises the recordkeeping requirements for the application and storage of pesticides.

      Grants the department of labor and industries ready access to pesticide application records.

      Requires a commercial pesticide applicator to supply a copy of the application record to the owner or lessee of agricultural lands.

      Requires employers to keep application records for seven years.
