      Extends the termination date to June 30, 2001.

      Provides that when thirty megawatts of geothermal power is certified as commercially available, the amount of federal funds for the common school construction fund shall be set at eighty percent.

      Authorizes the development of procedures for leasing state-owned land for the development of geothermal resources.
