      Declares that it is unlawful for a landlord to require a fee from a prospective tenant to be considered as a tenant for a dwelling unit.

      Permits a landlord to charge for the costs incurred in screening the prospective tenants.

      Requires that tenants be informed of their rights to dispute information they feel is inaccurate.

      Prohibits a landlord from reporting a tenant to a consumer reporting agency as an act of reprisal.
