(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Authorizes educational service district and school districts to provide eligible employees a benefit plan that provides reimbursement for medical expenses in lieu of remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury.

      Requires the employee to agree to hold the district harmless should the federal government find that the district or employee is in debt for a failure to pay taxes due.
