HB 1375 - DIGEST

      Requires county indigent defense costs of up to one percent of the county current expense fund to be paid by the county.

      Requires costs between one and two percent of the expense fund to be shared equally between the county and the state.

      Requires costs over two percent of the expense fund to be paid by the state.
