HB 1403 - DIGEST

      Authorizes a written marriage contract providing that the marital relationship will not be dissolved except upon a showing of fault of one party by a preponderance of the evidence.

      Specifies the required elements of the contract to be enforceable.

      Defines "fault" for the purposes of the act.
